B. Processing & Shipping Timeframes

We aim to ensure your order is handled quickly and efficiently.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 15–28 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same or next business day.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

C. Delivery Carriers

Your order may be shipped using one or more of the following trusted carriers:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on your location and available logistics routes.

D. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:

After an order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

E. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellations cannot be completed.

G. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  1. If possible, refuse the delivery and ask the carrier to return it to the sender.
  2. Contact us immediately to report the issue.
