Refund & Return Policy (NFTJIZ)

At NFTJIZ, we aim to ensure a smooth and safe shopping experience. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. Please read the details below before requesting a return.

1) 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Include all original tags (if applicable)
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be approved.

3) How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, email us at: info@nftjiz.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return (and photos if relevant)

Please wait for instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4) Return Shipping (Merchant-Paid for Approved Returns)

Return shipping is free for approved returns.

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label, and
  • Send step-by-step instructions on where and how to ship your package

Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

5) Options After an Approved Return (Store Credit / Exchange / Refund)

Depending on the situation and the condition of the item, we may offer one of the following for an approved return:

  • Store credit, or
  • An exchange (for an item of equal or lower value, when applicable), or
  • A refund to the original payment method (see “Refunds” below)

We do not charge restocking fees or additional handling fees.

6) Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Request a return
  2. Once approved, send the item back using the prepaid label
  3. Place a new order for the replacement item

This method helps you receive the new item sooner.

7) Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you discover damage, defects, or the wrong item delivered, contact us immediately at info@nftjiz.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nftjiz.com.
