Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll see an order confirmation page showing your Order Number.

Can I Return an Item If It Doesn’t Work for Me?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@nftjiz.com. We’ll help you arrange a return and, depending on eligibility, offer one of the following:

We do not charge restocking fees or additional handling fees.
Approved returns: If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
